What is Smartbleph?

Smartbleph is a unique method for upper eyelid rejuvenation developed exclusively by the plastic surgeons at bodySCULPT®. A new and improved blepharoplasty method, Smartbleph uses the Smart Skin laser by Cynosure for tightening the surrounding tissue and removing the excess upper lid skin.

How is Smartbleph different from traditional blepharoplasty? Is there something unique about Smartbleph?

Traditional blepharoplasty involves making incisions in the eyelid area to separate excess skin and fat. Smartbleph is a new and improved blepharoplasty method for upper eyelid rejuvenation. Now under local anesthesia the upper eyelid skin and the surrounding structures that contribute to that tired droopy look can be removed and tightened with the use of Cynosure's state-of-the-art Smart Skin laser.

Is it a safe procedure?

Yes it is a safe and practically painless procedure. As it is performed under local anesthesia, it has none of the side effects or complications associated with general anesthesia.

Who is a good candidate for this treatment?

Those people having excess sagging skin on the upper lids are good candidates for this procedure. He or she should be in good physical and emotional health, and must have realistic expectations about the procedure.

When can I return to work and my normal activities?
